30-day money-back guarantee

KleanKitchen offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the order details from your purchase receipt to find your transaction and request a refund, or
  • Email us at support@kleankitchen.co with your order details and we'll help you through the process.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. After the refund window has passed, cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
